180 Kids Director

Samantha Salerno

Serving the church in children's ministry for over nine years, Samantha's heart is for people, from the youngest to the oldest, to be all that God has called them to be. Samantha takes God at his Word and believes that with Christ, ALL things are possible (Matthew 19:26) and encourages people everywhere not to settle for anything less than God-sized dreams.

Born and raised in the Chicagoland area, Samantha carried a burden for Chicago, so it was no surprise that when God called her to leave her ministry position in Elmhurst to come back to the city, she had to obey. After a year of prayer, fasting, and some deep fellowship with the Lord, God opened the door for Samantha to join the 180 Staff as the Children's Ministry Director.

As a woman of Puerto Rican descent, Samantha loves all things food and family. She loves to read, run, and spend quality time with those she loves.

After assisting in the building of Chicago Tabernacle's children's ministry and leading the building phase for Bethel's children's ministry, Samantha is excited about serving children and families in the heart of the city of Chicago at 180 Chicago. Her mission is to partner with parents and guardians to train, equip, and lead their children into becoming World Changers.
